Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship Cancellation: In the event that the Sponsor wishes to cancel all or part of participation in the Event, notification must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected] However, Sponsor will still be liable for one-hundred percent (100%) of the total payment for sponsorship.

Exhibitor Cancellation:  For cancellations received in writing before August 20, 2021, the full amount of payment, less $350 administrative fee will be refunded. For cancellations on or after August 20, 2021, booth payments are not refundable. IDA shall not be liable for interest on any amount refunded. Any cancellations made after the specified dates herein this Agreement or as stated therein Exhibitor Application and Partnership Opportunities Prospectus will not be refunded.

Advertising Cancellation: In the event that the Advertiser wishes to cancel all or part of participation in the Event, notification must be submitted in writing and sent to [email protected] However, Advertiser will be still be liable for one-hundred percent (100%) of the total payment for advertisement(s).

Marketing Opportunities Cancellation:  No refunds will be given for any marketing opportunities on or after August 20, 2021. Marketing opportunities include the attendee welcome bag insert, pre-conference email blast, mobile app push notifications, and/or the passport to
literacy.
